Ana Teresa Penim and João Alberto Catalan streamlined the workshop "The Power of Words and Instants Motivational" the Happy Life held at FIL on 10 April 2016.

With the concept of "harmony between body and mind, healthy living, ecology and sustainable development ", the event was about 200 activities, in the days 8, 9 e 10 April and several ambassadors and experts in areas critical to the well-being and quality of life.
