INNOVageing© – know and be able to sell mature consumers and seniors
It was presented on 10 September 2015 in Lisbon, by Ana Teresa Penim and Ana Sepulveda, the innovative concept INNOVageing ©, created by these two experts, with the purpose of giving a remarkable contribution to the way brands, retail and institutions face, deal and take advantage of the emergence of the adult customer segment and senior.
The INNOVageing CONCEPT © is a POWERFUL TOOL FOR TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT of all who wish to tailor their strategies for Customer and Customer Service, the reality of demographic change, which highlights the emerging power of Adults and Seniors Consumers. A unique and innovative concept created by the partnership between the INV - Institute for Trading and Sales and 40+ Lab, which will be implemented through:
- teams of awareness WORKSHOPS: sessions of 3 hours in order to raise awareness and sensitize commercial teams, service and customer service.
main focus: highlight the particularities of consumers / customers 40+.
- SEMINARS service and sales: session 1 day, with great depth in specific consumer (who are, how are, what motivates them and how they engage with brands), and providing interactive tools, sales and customer service, in order to provide them with a WOW experience!, and unforgettable interaction with the Brand / Shop / Organization.
- CONSUMER IMMERSION:session 1 or more days on the ground to store in behavioral observation and direct interaction with the consumer / customer. May include Sales & Customer Service Seminar. main focus: providing a structured interaction between the, sales team and managers with consumers / customers.
